1. Review the site's Counseling forms for HR policy compliance and proper documentation and either click Approve, Request Revision or Deny on the form
a. If requesting revision, note any specific changes that will need to be made by the manager before the form is approved
b. If denying, the form contents will be permanently deleted except for the employee, date created, and manager
2. Ensure that managers are following the proper process for delivering counseling to the employee and entering the counseling date on the form
3. After counseling has been delivered, update forms and add attachments as determined necessary
4. Daily: Review the inventory of site forms and ensure that the forms are being approved, revised, and denied in a timely manner
5. Report results as requested
