1. Following established HR policies, create the counseling form to document an infraction
a. The manager must click on Enable Approval after the form has been completed and is ready for the approval process
2. Follow up with the 2nd-level manager or HR regarding forms that have not yet been approved
3. Modify forms whenever revision is requested
a. Refer to the resource who requested revision regarding specific changes that need to be made to the form
4. Deliver counseling to the employee after the form has been approved
5. After counseling has been completed, enter the Counseling Date on the Counseling form
